GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• First game of the day is responsible for opening the field
• Last game of the day closes the field.

 Your MatchTrak schedule has icons next to your game to illustrate if you are the first or last team on the field.

• Report any field issues (safety, broken equipment, etc.) to your Division Coordinator.
  All U8 – U19 goals require that one sandbag be placed on each goal back-bar, when goals are not locked up.  Do not allow ANYONE to climb on, hang from, or use the goals without the supervision of a coach during scheduled practice and/or games. This is a safety issue for all our players, referees, coaches and spectators
•  Never leave a lock anywhere, except locked to a goal. If you find a goal that does not have a lock, report it to your Division Coordinator ASAP.
• Under no circumstances is it okay to give lock combinations to any children.
• Pick-up all trash.

INDIVIDUAL FIELD INSTRUCTIONS

Bob Henry Park 
Opening: Flags will be in the AYSO orange storage box, on cement goal pad at back of field.  Unlock goals and place on field.
Closing: Lock flags in dock box. Move goals from field to cement pad.  Lock goals face to face, with sand bags in place. 

Bonita Creek Park
Opening: Goals are located at the side of the field.  Flags are in white dock box next to light pole. 
Closing:  Place corner flags in dock box.  Roll goals to side of field, close to dock box and off the turf field.

Ensign  
Opening: Flags will be in the white Dock Box, next the storage container.  Move goals from blacktop to field.
Closing: Lock flags in dock box. Move goals from field to blacktop by the storage container.  Lock them face to face, with sand bags in place.

Harper 
Opening: Corner Flags are in the bin, located on the N/S field next to Storage Container. 
Closing: Leave Corner Flags in the bin, located on the N/S field next to Storage Container.  

Kaiser 
Opening: Bownets and flags will be in the storage container.  
Closing: Lock bownets and flags in the storage container. (bownets do not need to be broken down) 

Lindbergh Field
Opening: Corner flags and bownets are in the white Dock Box at the corner of the field.
Closing: Take flags and bownets off the field. Breakdown bownets and put in bags. Lock bags with bownets and flags in dock box.       

Mariners Park
Opening: Bownets and flags are in orange storage box locked to a tree close to the library.   
Closing: Take flags and bownets off the field. Breakdown bownets and put in bags. Lock bags with bownets and flags in storage  box.

Newport Heights Elementary 
Opening: Corner Flags are in the white Dock Box next to the storage container, unlock goals and place on field 
Closing: Lock Corner Flags in dock box.  Move goals to fence and lock to fence.

Woodland Elementary  
Opening: Corner Flags and Bow Nets are in the white Dock Box next to the storage container. 
Closing: Take corner flags and bow nets off the field. Breakdown bow nets and put in bags. Lock bags with bow nets and corner flags in dock box.
