AYSO Region 97 Refund Policy
We understand there are unforeseen circumstances in which you may decide to withdraw your player registration. Please keep in mind that this decision impacts not only the region financially, but affects team balancing; team formation, volunteers and those waiting to be placed.
To minimize the impact of withdrawals/late drops, we have put in place the following refund/cancellation policy. If you or your player decide to withdraw from the AYSO Region 97 soccer season and you would like to request a refund, you must complete and email the Registration REFUND REQUEST FORM to the address below.

- Effective August 1, 2016, the applicable AYSO National Membership Fee is Non-Refundable.
- Refund requests received before the first scheduled team practice will receive a full refund of the program fee excluding the AYSO National Membership Fee and Administrative fee.
- Refund requests received after the first scheduled practice of the season will receive a refund of 75% of the program fee excluding the AYSO National Membership Fee.
- Refund requests received after the first scheduled game of the season will be subject to Board review. The maximum amount to be refunded is 50% of the program fee excluding the AYSO National Membership Fee.
- No refund will be issued after the third scheduled game of the season.
- There are no refunds for advanced play programs such as All Star, EXTRA or Spring Select
